Windows and window-grills are supposed to provide you the sufficient light and air to enter your home and if you are lucky, you might get the best sight of the scenery. I get the point that the windows at our block does not serve the good scenery and you find them windows a little too boring. But hor... you don't have to go throw those rubbish through them windows to make it look interesting hogay. I am as miserable as it is living on Level 1. I still can tolerate hor! Few more times I caught you (the person on the 4th floor) throwing litters down, I am going to video you with a zoomed face and post it on youtube and even show to those cops what you have done. Cause hor... you throw your urine in a bag all the way down to level 1. Babi punya olang!
