You know, back in primary and secondary school days, I was kental bacin la considered. So, there's never a time when I could occupy the back seats of the excursion bus during school's outings.
I was amongst those whom either get to sit amongst the first few seats (near to the teachers) or ended up sitting alone. I know, loser! But whaddya know. Now that I am an IT trainer, I can sit wherever I want. Front, back, middle, top, bottom but excluding the driver seat of course.
So, last Friday, the school had their Excellers' Day cum Arts Expression at the Nexus Auditorium situated at Cuppage Plaza. And guess what! I sit at the back la sey! Happy kau! 0.0
This was my view.
And that's my TA and PA at the Nexus entrance.
And I was given the best and responsible seat in the house!
Let me emphasize - RESPONSIBLE (well, not really)
So this picture was taken either during rehearsal or during break time.
I'm not sure.
We warmed up with the Band, then the videoclip of our students and pictures of them during the activities, followed by principal's speech and it was an emotional one since she'll be leaving the school by the end of this year after dedicating to the school for 7 years. (But of course, I've only known her much lesser than a year) Still... emotional you know?
So here is our Gold with honor choir.
Some prizes given away, then comes the dancers.
This shot is of course the malay dancers.
And distribute the guest-of-honour token and ended off with the choir again dedicating a song to the leaving Principal and the new Principal with the 2 solo-ist. Beautifully sung.
Last but not least, the way to end the whole event, by singing our school song proudly.
And all these was witnessed by me from the best seat in the house and I was glad that I had not screwed up any flow of the big screen's presentation. Phew! Hard work know!
And on the very next day, P1 orientation. Gawd!
Funny how people react to my station.
With my station stated, a lady asked me...
"Ask you ar! One week, how many times they P.E?"
In my mind: What? Do I look like a time-table to you?
Last and for all, look at our tired faces on that Saturday morning itself.
VERY tired.
